If you’re transitioning your current home into an Airbnb, I guide you through the editing and restructuring process so it shifts from personal living space to guest-ready environment. This means decluttering, removing personal and sensitive items, creating dedicated storage for your belongings, and simplifying each space so guests immediately know how to use it. You still maintain control of your home, but it becomes neutral, welcoming, and easy for others to step into.

For those already hosting, I also offer short-term rental assessments and organization upgrades. Sometimes a space is working, but not as smoothly as it could.
